We go to the lands of Alicante to enter the countryside until we reach the “Xaló” (said in Valencian) or Jalón. From Extremadura we will travel to Alisenda. In Avila we will discover the mystic homes of Candeleda. And lastly, in Asturias we will go to the green and seafaring pastures of Valdés.
1. Quatre Finques, in the interior Alicante
In our first destination we will find refugees between vineyards and almond trees, with a mountain range around us in the Jalón valley. Quatre Finques is a cozy hotel with only six rooms, so if you want tranquility, exclusivity and nature this is your ideal spot! One of the richest things is their great breakfast that they elaborate day by day artisanal and with ecological products.
And if you then want to sea, you are waiting for Denia, Altea and Jávea with its Granadella beach, for example. You have them in less than half an hour.
Price: from 116 euros.

2. 3 Cabos, in the Asturian sea
The second destination we recommend is nothing more or nothing less than a house of more than a century of typical Asturian times. Thanks to its restoration it has become a symbol of architectural modernity with beautiful sea views. 3 Cabos – that’s how the hotel is called – is a very special place, since from the same puto you can see the cape of Bust, Vidio and Peñas without just moving.
The landscape is one of its strengths and translates into a maritime print accompanied by rivers, forests, meets a thousand meters …
Price: from 84 euros.

3. La Tierra Roja, the most chic Caceres
For lovers of art we propose The Red Earth: a little hotel with a lot of charm that will make you excited. The house has six rooms and the decoration is very vintage, in the 50’s with art deco and industrial touches. We can also appreciate baroque details on all sides.
Undoubtedly, if you visit this place take advantage to lose by the wonderful Caceres and cross to the neighboring country visualizing the incredible castle of Marvâo.
Price: from 75 euros.

4. La Casa de los Tomillares, Gredos
What we are going to say at this point of Candeleda and the Sierra de Gredos, that paradise a stone’s throw from Madrid. The same thing happens with La Casa de los Tomillares, a country house in full rule recreated by its owner, who is antiquarian and decorator, and it shows. Also that magic that is so Provencal, although here what I command is the thyme. You can eat on the pavement in the shade of a pergola or an oak tree.
Price: from 179 euros.
